Who We Are
IT Lab Partners, LLC (ITLP) is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business joint venture between Cadre5, LLC, Information Technology Resources Inc., and XCEL Engineering, Inc. The partner companies have significant experience supporting the U.S. Department of Energy and other federal agencies with various professional services such as advanced IT, engineering, and software development. ITLP holds a Department of Energy Facility Clearance (FCL) and a favorable Foreign Ownership, Control, and Influence (FOCI) which allows us to provide our Federal customers with cleared IT/Engineering and professional staff.
What We Do
ITLP currently provides advanced IT services through staff augmentation in support of the IT BOA at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. ITLP has a fill rate of more than 80%, far exceeding the industry average.
